Semi-detached corner house in the Cerro del Romeral urbanization in Vélez-Málaga.
Due to its curved geometry, this plot was not easy to resolve.
In the basement, which is allowed at street level due to the municipal regulations for hillside construction, there is a garage, a pool area, and a storage room.
On the ground floor, there is the living area with a spacious living room, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom, and a large surrounding terrace.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, two of which share a small terrace, and two bathrooms.
The staircase, consisting of three flights with a central landing for the future installation of a hydraulic elevator, as we always do when allowed, connects all floors of the house, from the garage to the rooftop, which includes important pergolas to make it more livable.
