Corner townhouse on a curved street in Calle Albahaca, El Limonar urbanization, Vélez-Málaga.
The clients decided not to have an upper floor, so the house only consists of a ground floor and a basement. This allowed us to construct the ground floor with considerably higher ceilings than usual.
The curved geometry of the plot resulted in the straight façades of the house being setback to comply with the required setback distance from the boundaries according to regulations.
A 3×3-meter backyard provides natural light and ventilation to several rooms on the ground floor and the basement.
