The plots are distinctly rectangular, with a lot of depth and limited frontage.
These plots do not have noteworthy views, so the decision was made to locate the terrace, solarium, and pool area at the back of the plot to enhance privacy.
The aim was to achieve an aesthetically pleasing result through the design of a double-height living room, recessed facades, white and gray finishes, pergolas, straight lines, and balanced proportions.
