Project carried out on a corner plot in the area of Cerro del Romeral, Vélez-Málaga.
The garage and storage room are located at street level, aligned with the road, taking advantage of the building regulations for construction on slopes.
On the basement level, there is a living-dining area, kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The large outdoor terrace serves as the main entrance to the house, and there is also a solarium terrace with a spacious pool.
The upper floor accommodates three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms.
In this project, we have incorporated a striking decorative element that we have successfully used in previous projects. It consists of a triangular piece (referred to as a “sail”) perpendicular to the facade, which is “embedded” into it. Apart from serving as an ornamental feature that distinguishes this house from its surroundings, it marks the entrance to the property and provides some privacy from the neighboring house.
