Project on a semi-detached corner plot located in the area known as Romeral del Sol in Vélez-Málaga.
The client is selling the plot along with the project, which they commissioned us with the premise of being a simple and easy-to-build project without luxury. Hence, we named it VILLA BASIC.
Despite this, the formal result is of high quality given the circumstances. It features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious terrace, and a small pool.
The living room is set back, creating a porch that generates a comfortable shaded space, allowing enough room for a small pool.
The facade aesthetics are resolved in white and gray, with an austere yet clear and harmonious design.
Underneath the house, at street level, there is a spacious area that can be used as a garage, storage, or utility room.
As shown in the video we made, this house and the neighboring ones enjoy a large park, which is currently not landscaped. Once it is completed by the City Council, it will be enjoyed by all residents.
