We provide free phone consultations to address any questions you may have.
First meeting free of charge.
We welcome you to our office for a free consultation, where you can explain in person what you need and discuss the project you have in mind.
New construction projects.
We prepare all the necessary documentation for the construction of your home. Our services include handling the necessary procedures with the local municipality.
Renovation and expansion projects.
Basic project, execution, and construction management for renovating or expanding an existing home.
Legalization projects.
Legalization projects for works carried out without a permit, which, if not legalized, can result in administrative penalties and even demolitions.
Reports, Certificates, Expert Opinions.
Technical work required for certain notarial, registration, and cadastral operations, as well as providing documentary evidence in legal proceedings.

I am one of those who believe that helping those in need, especially the most disadvantaged, is a moral obligation for those of us who have been more fortunate in life.
For this reason, and despite being a modest architecture firm, since we started back in the year 2000, we have always allocated a small portion of our income to contribute to various NGOs.
